Buyer agrees to purchase items AS IS. No warranties included with the purchases. the Seller, Bikes Again, is transferring the Equipment with no warranties and strictly in “as-is”. At this time the Equipment is in operating condition.
RETURN POLICY
Once received, any and all items including complete bicycles, may be returned within 3 days should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for only misrepresentation of the item reason. All returns are eligible for Four Quadrants Inc DBA Bikes Again store credit only. In the event this should be the case, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If, for any reason, you receive a bicycle with any damage upon your purchase, Four Quadrants Inc DBA Bikes Again will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for its return back to Cycle Limited. The product must be returned to Four Quadrants Inc DBA Bikes Again in the same condition that it was received (without any alternations). You are responsible for any damaged returns to Four Quadrants Inc DBA Bikes Again.
